Suzie Bogle

Suzie Bogle is the Leader of Breathing Space HR providing people management for organisations in Yorkshire, predominately Manufacturers.  Set up 10 years ago, her team delivers bespoke people management solutions which solve immediate problems, increase productivity and encourage employee engagement.  Suzie is a Fellow of the CIPD, Fellow of the CMI and holds postgraduate qualifications in HR Management.  She has developed a regular practice of supporting employers and employees to find solutions to complex workplace issues, ensuring good compliance and high quality management. Using over 20 years of HR experience, Suzie has created up&up – High Flying HR.  This 5 stage programme with continuous improvement quality management creates high productivity and profit through people management.  It is based on the criteria of the Sunday Times 100 Best Employers Awards.  Suzie regularly speaks on BBC Radio on current issues affecting employer organisations and their employees and has published articles on workplace mediation and HR strategy. She is a Quaker and runs her business along Quaker principles.
